  1. Immersion method

Working principle: the working principle is similar to that of the pressure cleaning method.

 

Solution: first prepare a decoded empty ink cartridge, a disposable syringe, and a bottle of medical distilled water, use the pressure generated by the siphoning effect of the syringe, suck the syringe into the distilled water, inject it into the ink cartridge through the vent hole of the ink cartridge, and then suck out the injected distilled water with the syringe after a while, to clean the remaining ink in the ink cartridge repeatedly.

Solution: gently put the universal printer nozzle into the cleaning machine and add purified water or special print head cleaning solution. The purified water or special print head cleaning solution is limited to just covering the stainless steel edge of the print head (pay attention not to let the PCB board come into contact with purified water or special cleaning solution). It can be cleaned quickly after starting up for 10 to 15 hours. Its advantage is that the cleaning effect is very ideal, the print head blocked for many years can be cleaned, and the operation is also very simple; The disadvantage is that the maintenance cost is high and the price is expensive. Generally, ultrasonic cleaning machines can be found in hospitals, glasses stores, or mobile phone special maintenance points, and some places are free, and ultrasonic humidifiers can also be modified. It is worth noting that the use of cleaning fluid must use purified water or special print head cleaning fluid.
