Teach You to Install the Printer Nozzle

The piezoelectric nozzle used by the printer is exquisite, and a large installation error will affect the normal printing state. In other words, minor accidents will cause damage to the nozzle. Please follow the instructions to avoid damage to the nozzle due to improper operation.

1. Before installing the nozzle, first ensure that the UV printer moves normally, the ground wire is connected, the voltage on the trolley board is normal, and the voltage provided by the indenter is normal. The simplest method is to use a multimeter to measure the static electricity on the machine, the voltage of the trolley board, and the power supply voltage of the nozzle.

2. Use software to test all aspects of the machine, and confirm that it is normal, the grating reading is normal, and the indicator light is normal. Before installation, the installer's hand should contact the conductor to discharge the hand. The operator's hands should be free of sweat or moisture because once touching the nozzle plug if the head is inserted, it may cause a short circuit in the head. In addition, do not wear cloth clothes, which is easy to generate static electricity. If possible, you'd better wear an electrostatic ring on your hand. Be sure to turn off the power and unplug the power cord during installation.

3. Check whether the flat line has raised stitches and whether it is flat. Insert it on the nozzle firmly without any inclination. The end of the nozzle line is generally divided into two sides, one side needs to contact the circuit, and the other side does not need to contact the circuit, so as to ensure that there is no wrong direction. After inserting, it is best to check several times to confirm that there is no problem.

4. Description of trolley headline connecting plate: first, ensure that there is no electricity before operation. See the corresponding position of the line from the head. If you are hesitant or unsure, please don't try. Consult the manufacturer for the correct cable position. If you have no experience in uninstalling and installing, take photos and mark each line separately before changing. Because the consequences will be very serious, once connected to the wrong place, it is likely to damage the print head.

5. Confirm repeatedly after installation, and then turn on the power. Before starting the print head, pump ink into the print head. Then check whether the nozzle is normal, the nozzle is normal, and the nozzle is normal.

6. Do not let UV ink drip onto the data line. Because the ink flows down the data line, it will directly enter the circuit, causing a short circuit and directly burning the nozzle.

7. Use the ink specified by the manufacturer, and maintain the nozzle frequently to prolong the service life of the nozzle.
