When the above treatment methods have little or no effect temporarily

1. Remove the nozzle from the print head tray.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of special cleaning liquid into a clean glass container (such as a beaker), which is suitable to submerge the bottom of the print head by 2 ~ 3mm after putting it into the print head, and then seal the glass container with fresh-keeping film (anti ash) and let it stand for more than 1 day. (Note: the signal interface at the top of the print head must not contact the cleaning fluid, otherwise the print head will be damaged.)

3. After the nozzle is soaked, pour an appropriate amount of special cleaning liquid into the printer's print head cleaner, and then put the bottom of the print head into the cleaning liquid for immersion of about 2 ~ 3mm, then start the cleaner and select the special print head cleaner. If you use a general ultrasonic cleaner, you must strictly control the time to prevent damage to the print head. Note: do not use the cleaner more than three times continuously.

4. Use a glass syringe to draw 40ml of special cleaning solution, inject it from the ink supply pipe interface on the upper part of the print head, and pay attention to the state of the water line ejected from the nozzle. If all the water lines are straight, it means that the cleaning is effective, and the print head can continue to be used (premise: the circuit and piezoelectric crystal are in good condition). If some water lines are still ejected askew, you must do it again 2-3 times according to steps 2 and 3.

Finally, in case of holidays, the equipment is expected to be out of use for a few days

The ink in the print head must be cleaned, otherwise, the ink in the nozzle will dry due to the gradual evaporation of the solvent, and even cause irreversible damage to the nozzle. The treatment method is as follows:

1. Turn off the machine.

2. Move the machine head to the leftmost cleaning position, and put a corrosion-resistant container under the print head to contain the cleaning waste liquid.

3. Draw out or directly pour out the ink in the auxiliary ink tank with a glass syringe, and then wash the auxiliary ink tank with a special cleaning solution.

4. Pull out the ink supply pipe (from the auxiliary ink tank) on the print head, and then use a glass syringe to extract 40ml of special cleaning solution to clean the print head, twice in total. Finally, do not blow out the residual cleaning liquid in the print head, and be sure to leave enough cleaning liquid inside the print head, because the cleaning liquid can moisturize the nozzle.

5. Put the treated print head into a clean corrosion-resistant container and seal it (it's good to use fresh-keeping film) and store it for about 1 month. If you want to store it for a long time, you must pay attention to sealing. If the cleaning solution is dry, it will damage the print head.
